Benefits Package

No matter which division you are in, our benefits package is a winner too. Those employees who have completed 1000 hours of service are eligible to participate in SapGem 's medical reimbursement program. Eligibility is maintained for as long as the employee continues on assignment with ERPA for thirty or more hours per week and has not incurred a break in service greater than four months. Medical reimbursements will not be paid in months in which you do not work during an allowed service break period

All employees of ERP Associates are employees at will, as set forth in the ERP Associates Employment Agreement. This means that either ERP Associates or it's employee may terminate the employment relationship at any time for any reason without prior notice, and that the employee relationship is not for a fixed period of time.
